- Most of our fabric is cotton.
- It is all washed and ready to use.
- We sell a number of different sizes.
- All our sizes are imperial.
- We offer Fat Quarters, 9 x 18 inch and 6 x 18 inch pieces by Mail Order.
- For non-quilters, a fat quarter yard is a square
of fabric 18" X 18".
(A metric fat quarter is a bit bigger.)
- The other sizes are available at shows and group visits.

We also stock fabric other than cotton if we think that it will be of use
to sewers in general. eg: linen ; furnishing fabrics ; silk

We have a good selection of Liberty Tana Lawn pieces.

We have a vast and frequently changing range of exciting vintage fabrics dating
from the 30s to the 70s. These "Attic Treasures" are almost unrepeatable and
are very popular. You'll find a small representation on the mail order pages.

All the above pieces of fabric, individually packed and priced, are available
at shows and groups. See Venues.

If you are interested in silk, Liberty Tana Lawn or Vintage fabrics,
e-mail your requirements (for instance, a decade or colour preference)
and we are prepared to send packaged fabrics on approval.

We have a very good selection of recycled buttons, some quite old and collectable.
